I'm a GTM operator with a track record of building revenue systems from scratch.
I spent the last three and a half years at Chapter, a Medicare guidance startup, where I built the outbound motion, BDR team, and RevOps infrastructure that scaled partnerships across multiple verticals. During that time, Chapter raised from series B to series D and grew 10x.
Before that I was a financial advisor at a small RIA in Boston.
I've spent the past nine months building independently — GTM pipeline systems, AI revops workflows, advisory work. A few volcanoes too.
In my free time I enjoy playing tennis, guitar, writing, philosophy, neuroscience, and traveling (usually somewhere with no cell service).

2022 — 2025 Growth Lead · Chapter
Led GTM strategy across all partnership verticals as the function's first hire, building it into a dedicated team. Selected and deployed the full GTM tech stack and owned RevOps infrastructure end to end. Built the revenue engine responsible for the majority of Chapter's net new partnership revenue as the company grew 10x from Series B to Series D.

ML Scoring Model
Trains a logistic regression model and scores HubSpot companies as ICP fit (0-100)

Detects relevant pain signals from news data and writes structured results to HubSpot
Territory Router
FastAPI webhook service that routes new companies to reps by territory and company size
AI Outreach Engine
Claude-powered pipeline for ICP classification, intent detection, and outreach generation
Analytics Dashboard
Streamlit dashboard for company filtering, routing audit, and pipeline health projections
AI Sales Call Scorer
A three-pass AI scoring system for sales calls. Scores rep performance against a weighted rubric, generates specific coaching feedback, and evaluates opportunity fit independent of how well the rep executed.
